dc.description.abstract Abstract This paper contains the results of a research work, in which the results of metallographic examinations were used in optimisation of the technology of resistance spot welding. The task of the work was to determine the effects of the welding parameters for the final strength, the characteristics of the joint, and to explore the potential defects of joint. Further task was to examine the texture of the joint and the HAZ. The final aim was to introduce the forming of weld. hu_HU
