Abstract
This paper presents a partial different rapid prototyping method, which contains also well-known technologies. First of all the program separates the 3D model with parallel planes, into the possible maximum thickness layers. The generated model parts will be finish by numerical controlled bilaterally rapid milling of the source material. Then we have to fit together the parts to obtain the reál model. By this way produced body may be undercut-affected and may evén contain hollow-spaces. Every chuckable matériái, that is able to be processed on CNC-milling machines, is usable for the prototypes. The experiment was realized at Technical College of Kecskemét.
