Summary
The analysis and the simulation of cutting are introduced with the developed methods and help of several pictures. Nowadays the analysis go on with application of the MARC program, to this with help possibility is for 3D analysis, that the tool is rotated about axis of the workpiece. So the simulation of the turning, and drilling work process is worked out. The 3D analysis establish right proper results.
Between the programs are difference, and this originate variations, that establish by 2D analysis too. For example change the edge condition, the interception and the meshing. The alteration of the edge conditions and the situation is originated realer results. Through difference, to be between the two analysis, to get so much more results. So we can already get the conclusions for the real process, than for example, the material flow, the temperature, the change of form, the framing force, the load, the stress and the other, to be relevant parameters for the technology and manufacturing.
